Follow the below steps to make a web connection to our systems.........

1. Click on the link at the bottom of this page to start the web based emulator (Read this completely first!!!!)

2. You must have Active X scripts unblocked in your browser or know how to allow it through before beginning.

3. If asked if you want to allow an Active X program to run on your machine, select to Allow.

4. Once the System comes up, select "NEW" to create a new connection.

5. On the next page fill in the options as below.......

Session Name: Name this what ever you like, example...rikas, as/400, etc.

IP Address: Enter the system name you were given when you signed up. You should have received a welcome email detailing what system address to use. A list of the addresses per system can be found in our support section. Example, (rikas.rikascom.net) or (rikas2.rikascom.net).

Port Number: Leave set as 23

Language: Select your preferred language.

Screen Size: Select 27*132 in the drop down list.

Be sure to check the box labeled Automatic Connection, otherwise the connection will not work.

*** Be sure to turn off or disable any pop-up blockers, as they will prevent the Active X window from working!! ***

Leave all other boxes unmarked, and click on save. You will be returned to the first screen, click on run, and will get a sign on.

Note: Free Account holders do not have access to this feature. A username & password will be required to access the emulator. This username/password was supplied to you in your welcome email upon registration.
