In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Note: Rikas Communications is a Service Provider Only. Support staff do not provide "How To" support of any kind. For example, "How do I create an RPG program?" or "How do I integrate PHP into my web server?" Users will need to utilize Google for these type questions. If you have account, billing, connection problems, account plan changes, etc type questions, then please proceed to open a new ticket below. Support staff members have been spending entirely too much time providing "How To" support while legitimate issues go unanswered. Users who fail to adhere to this policy and continue to open ticket after ticket asking for "How To" support will be issued a policy violation. We appreciate everyone's cooperation on this issue. It is our goal to increase response times for legitimate support issues. Thank You.
